I would highly recommend Geometry Pilates to anyone interested in doing Pilates and Gyrotonic sessions. It is the only studio I go to and the instructors, who are up to date on the latest techniques and receive continuing education, and the atmosphere are the best.

They are fantastic at explaining concepts such as breathing and movement in very specific ways that make it easy to understand and visualize what I need to do. Also, I injured my back recently and have a herniated disc, and I have been working with DeeAnn each week on very careful stretching which has been a tremendous help.
